Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the CRM in its final setup and drive strategic development.
- Build and maintain system architecture, workflows, and automations.
- Define and track central KPIs: conversion rate, pipeline velocity, lead quality, customer value.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes along the customer journey.
- Co-develop B2B pricing logic with the Head of B2B and Finance.
- Manage the B2B shop - product access, collections, price and bundle implementation.
- Build a reporting and analytics infrastructure to enable data-driven decision-making in the B2B team.
- Coordinate B2B communications as the interface to Marketing and Brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience building, optimizing, or scaling CRM and sales processes — ideally in a fast-growing B2B environment.
- Commercial acumen — pricing, margins and offer logic are not just finance topics.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys — from lead generation to long-term partner development.
- Strong in automation and process design.
- Strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Highly data-driven with dashboards and KPI systems.
- Active use of AI tools for analysis, automation and process optimization.
- Self-organized and structured way of working.
- Good German and English skills.
