About the role

  • Manage Net Revenue targets each year from multiple projects, often simultaneously
  • Maintain individual billable hour targets and ensure team billable hours
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project deliverables and milestones
  • Draft and issue proposals or purchase order requests tailored to client needs
  • Understand, edit, and issue contracts and A&E contract requirements as needed
  • Maintain project folders and records following established best practices
  • Lead project team through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead client calls; manage client expectations and provide status reports
  • Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
  • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently; coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
  • Onboard subcontractors, issue service orders, and manage vendor payments through procurement system
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain detailed financial records
  • Review financials to determine itemized and overall percent complete; provide monthly financial reports and forecasts
  • Identify and manage change order opportunities; oversee invoicing, collections, and AR status
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders; address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Implement quality control processes; conduct reviews and audits for compliance
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; proactively address issues
  • Conduct Site Acquisition and/or project related tasks as required
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years previous experience in Project Management with financial responsibility is required
  • Proven experience as a Telecommunications Site Acquisition Specialist, Engineer, or Project Manager
  • Proficient in MS Suite of products
  • Experience with online document systems, such as Oracle and Siterra is a plus
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
