Pre-Sales role responsible for listening to prospects’ challenges and gathering their requirements
Offer specific technical subject matter expertise supporting functional aspects of Workiva's platform and solutions
Support the Sales Team across large organizations in the Iberia market
Engage with prospects to identify their needs, prepare and lead demos, and showcase how Workiva solutions meet requirements
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process leveraging industry expertise around GRC
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and value-based product demonstrations of the Workiva platform
Present products or services at events such as webinars and conferences
Actively contribute to cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success
Collect feedback from the field and provide it to Product Marketing and Product Development
Maintain strong knowledge of Workiva products and regulations through ongoing training
Potential for international travel for strategic deals and office visits
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
4+ years of experience in technology consulting and/or in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including GRC software sales or pre-sales
Fluency in English and Spanish
Comprehensive understanding of the internal processes of a company’s finance function across financial reporting, internal audit and wider GRC space (Preferred)
Experience selling or consulting around Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Preferred)
Ability to assess business needs and deliver a value-based, compelling software demonstration (Preferred)
Experience in process improvement consulting (Preferred)
Experience with business intelligence technologies, databases or data management platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) (Preferred)
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset (Preferred)
Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen (Preferred)
Determined, roll up your sleeves attitude (Preferred)
