About the role
- Provide calendar management, prioritize high volume inquiries, and troubleshoot conflicts for key leaders
- Provide general administrative support including light event support, ad-hoc project coordination, reconciling receipts, and executing expense reports
- Own and contribute to team and organizational projects and operational improvements
- Assemble meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and notes, oversee A/V needs and action items
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and innovate to improve administrative processes
- Support multiple leaders on the development (fundraising) team with a high degree of confidentiality and customer focus
- Role based in-person in the Ballston, VA office
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a support or administrative capacity
- Experience in a high volume scheduling environment, strongly preferred
- Astute attention to detail and drive to take initiative
- Track record of follow-up and follow-through; high degree of reliability
- Extremely organized, self-disciplined, and professional in demeanor
- High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment, and ability to think on your feet
- Articulate and concise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach
- Proficiency with expense reporting software, such as Concur (standout)
