Provide calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and troubleshooting conflicts to allocate leaders' time effectively
Meeting preparation and participation: assemble agendas, record meeting minutes and notes, oversee A/V needs and action items
Provide general administrative support: ad-hoc project coordination, process invoice payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports, book and coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
Own and contribute to team and organizational projects and operational improvements; proactively seek and apply knowledge
Identify areas to increase efficiency and innovate administrative processes; learn and teach new tools or techniques
Role will be based in-person in the Ballston, VA office
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a support or administrative capacity
Experience in a high-volume scheduling environment, strongly preferred
Astute attention to detail and drive to take initiative
Track record of follow-up and follow-through; high degree of reliability
Extremely organized, self-disciplined, and professional in demeanor
High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment, ability to think on your feet and problem solve while maintaining composure
Articulate and concise oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach and commitment to stewarding our culture
Proficiency with expense reporting software, such as Concur
