About the role

  • Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals
  • Own critical product initiatives within the Fintech domain and drive their vision, strategy, and execution
  • Manage fintech integrations and partnerships, ensuring seamless operations from validation through execution and ongoing operation
  • Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives to enhance customer adoption, retention, and revenue generation
  • Leverage AI-driven technologies and data-driven insights to innovate, improve user experience and reduce operational friction
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes
  • Serve as the product domain expert, clearly communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in all product decisions, advocating for delightful, intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate with teams across the Bay Area and Israel and report directly to the Director of Fintech Product

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the FinTech space
  • Experience working with partners to integrate financial products such as money movement, credit card processing, or payments automation
  • Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes, especially in product-led growth environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning & LLM concepts, and practical experience applying AI to fintech solutions
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
