About the role

  • Take ownership of messaging and marketing around the launch of a new multilingual content platform/tool
  • Report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the CEO, Tech Director, and Growth Director
  • Define GTM approach and channel mix by customer segment working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales teams
  • Coordinate product release timelines and ensure stakeholders are aligned and launch goals achieved
  • Post-launch optimisation of content and updating of materials based on feedback
  • Own marketing and sales collateral including battlecards, product sheets, demo library, and sales slide decks
  • Work alongside Marketing to ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines and product positioning
  • Develop, update and optimise website content and product pages
  • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
  • Develop and own the messaging framework and GTM playbook and ensure consistent persona-based messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create impactful sales enablement sessions and materials
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth by equipping sales and marketing teams with tools, content, and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners
  • Demonstrated success in managing/supporting end-to-end product launches and GTM projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging
  • Experience using data and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Comfortable navigating product specs and technical documentation
  • Ability to create slide decks that follow brand guidelines and engage audiences
  • Solutions-oriented mindset ('yes, and' rather than 'no, but')
  • Self-confidence for speaking at events or hosting roundtable discussions
  • Good base understanding and desire to learn about marketing, e-commerce, creative production, cultural insights and linguistics
  • A plus: Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
