About the role
- Lead client onboarding ensuring new clients have a seamless start, from contract handover to first placement.
- Provide proactive account management and ongoing support, maintaining regular communication with active clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure high-quality staffing delivery and service consistency.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback or testimonials to highlight success stories.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within active accounts.
- Reconnect with previous clients to explore new staffing opportunities and rebuild relationships.
- Track key account metrics (e.g., retention, fill rates, satisfaction scores) and provide reports to management.
- Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are represented and met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Salesforce) is an advantage.
