Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
Execute campaigns on TikTok Ads and other social platforms
Define and manage budgets to meet CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals
Analyze KPIs, create reports, and generate insights for optimization
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design effective resources
Identify new audiences, trends, and growth opportunities
Requirements
Academic Background in: Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication (with emphasis in digital marketing or media), Business Administration (focus on marketing or commercial strategy), Digital Marketing Engineering, International Business (with experience in digital advertising and lead generation)
Additional certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Academy, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
2+ years of digital agency experience managing paid media for lead generation
