About the role
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch.
- Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns (Meta-first).
- Build and manage web2app conversion flows and attribution setup.
- Drive continuous A/B testing and growth experimentation.
- Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and own marketing analytics.
- Work hands-on with the creative team: briefings, feedback, and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align growth with the product roadmap.
- Coordinate and lead the marketing team (User Acquisition, Creative, Content, Influencer).
- Lead marketing from day one with full autonomy and path toward a C-level position.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
- 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
- Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
- Good technical skills in FB Pixel and CAPI.
- Experience managing >$200k monthly budgets in verticals with high competition.
- Upper Intermediate English or higher.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Bias for action and ownership mentality.
- Advantage: Experience of building a marketing department from scratch.
