About the role

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch.
  • Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns (Meta-first).
  • Build and manage web2app conversion flows and attribution setup.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing and growth experimentation.
  • Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and own marketing analytics.
  • Work hands-on with the creative team: briefings, feedback, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to align growth with the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate and lead the marketing team (User Acquisition, Creative, Content, Influencer).
  • Lead marketing from day one with full autonomy and path toward a C-level position.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
  • 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
  • Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
  • Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
  • Good technical skills in FB Pixel and CAPI.
  • Experience managing >$200k monthly budgets in verticals with high competition.
  • Upper Intermediate English or higher.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Bias for action and ownership mentality.
  • Advantage: Experience of building a marketing department from scratch.
