Controller

• Manage the running of the outsourced finance function which takes care of finance operations including bills, payments, PAYE, VAT, bookkeeping and Payroll for UK and international employees (38 in total).. This includes management of our outsourced accounting suppliers who perform bookkeeeping services..
• Expense and credit card processes - oversee/manage credit card expense and staff expense process for floats and personal claims.
• Invoicing and Credit control - Manage the issuing and tracking of sales invoices (currently nine customers). Oversee the credit control process. Co-ordinate response on difficult payers where required, and update the team where necessary.
• Treasury and FX - monitor cash liquidity to ensure sufficient operational funding and interest yield, while managing foreign exchange exposure through hedging partners.
• Sales Commissions, maintain the sales commission schedule - calculate, pay and account for Sales Commissions.
• Tax and compliance - co-ordinate operational tax issues, in conjunction with external accountants; together with the CFO, manage the production of statutory accounts and any statutory compliance; manage tax schemes e.g. VAT return, R&D tax credits etc; assist with onboarding of new employees. Prepare yearly data for P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
• Monthly reporting - manage the production of monthly management accounts, post journals and carry out balance sheet reconciliations. Together with the CFO, update and review the monthly finance forecast and reports. Deliver reports for presentation to the CEO and SLT.
• Year End accounts - Ensure all year-end trial balances are accurate and fully reconciled for the external Accountants to produce Statutory Accounts.
• Budgeting and forecasting - together with the CFO, draft the budget timetable and capture the strategic objectives; manage the annual budget process meeting with senior management and where required investors to draft the annual budget. Update the Forecast on a monthly basis.
• Share Options - maintain the Share Options schedule and grant share options every quarter with getting an HMRC valuation.
• Finance Policies - maintain finance policies and update as necessary.
• Ad hoc - support the business and leadership team with ad hoc analysis as required. Available to respond to any finance related queries.

Technical Project Manager

• Owning the end-to-end project delivery for Sprout’s Japanese customers, across PoCs and production deployments.
• Define, gain agreement on, and communicate project milestones; create and maintain a pragmatic, risk-aware delivery plan.
• Safeguard team pace and quality during day-to-day execution through proactive progress tracking, early issue identification, structured root-cause analysis and solution design.
• Work with customers to prove the value of the Sprout technology in a test case and support in driving the success of POCs, ensuring conversion to production engagement.
• Ensure satisfaction across the customer hierarchy, from C level stakeholders to daily users of the product.
• Drive overall customer success and act as an escalation point for ongoing service issues.

Customer Success Manager

• Own the relationship with Sprout Customers post-sale
• End to end project delivery for enterprise customer engagements in North America

Account Executive

• Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving their individual sales quota.
• The role will carry a $1m annual sales quota - you will be driving complex, multi-stakeholder deals, with a typical deal value of $200-500k ACV, and enterprise sales cycles of 6-12 months.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process in assigned territories and grow our market presence with new customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base:
• Source leads and develop relationships with senior insurance stakeholders.
• Lead the enterprise sales process with prospects, understand potential customers’ business goals and connect product benefits/ capabilities as part of on-site and online presentations. Partner with Solution Architects and other members of Sprout.ai to articulate highly targeted business proposals and manage product pilots.
• Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Work with our Sales team to shape and embed a productive sales culture at Sprout.ai that embraces continuous learning, celebrating and recognising success, an agile mindset, and overachieving.
• Develop a deep understanding of the global Insurance landscape, and effectively communicate industry trends and challenges to current and prospective clients.
• Build a network of Insurance and Claims leaders, and leverage that network to generate business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating targeted campaign messages.
• Partner with Engagement/Customer Success team to ensure successful new customer onboarding and retention, as well as account growth by identifying and actively pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Influence our Product Roadmap by sharing client feedback with our Commercial leaders and Product teams.
• Document sales activity and proactively manage pipeline details in HubSpot; be a champion for data-rigour and data-driven decision making.
