About the role
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and email
- Think critically to resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Drive innovative and creative solutions to protect revenue
- Support customers, vendors, and marketplace partners across more than 10 marketplace channels
- Advocate for customer initiatives and drive cross-departmental processes
- Build and maintain world-class customer relationships for Spreetail's ecommerce marketplace operations
Requirements
- Remote work-from-home setup required (desktop/laptop)
- Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
- At least 4GB RAM
- Windows 10 and above or macOS
- Required to provide your own dual monitors
- Strong and stable internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber wired, 10 Mbps plan or higher)
- PC headset
- High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
- Critical thinking skills
