About the role
- Manage recruitment end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to closing offers
- Build pipelines for Customer Support and commercial roles across South Africa and wider regions
- Partner with hiring managers and regional leads to understand needs and advise on hiring strategies
- Write and post engaging job descriptions that attract top local talent
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Source directly via LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with candidates
- Keep ATS pipelines accurate and up to date, providing regular reports on progress
- Collaborate with the international TA team to share best practices and align on processes
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to Customer Support and Commercial hiring
- Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles independently
- Strong sourcing skills, with recent experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and competing deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, international environment
- Knowledge of South African employment laws and recruitment practices is a plus
