Based in Bulgaria to help grow global commercial teams across Finance, Design, Media, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to uncover and engage high-potential candidates
Build and maintain sourcing pipelines for commercial functions globally
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, and other social platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
Screen initial candidate profiles, assess fit, and present qualified candidates to recruiting and hiring stakeholders
Craft compelling outreach messages, follow-ups, and keep candidate relationships warm
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in the ATS
Help with job description creation and posting when required
Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, competitive compensation, and sourcing channel effectiveness
Contribute to improving sourcing processes, tools, and employer branding outreach
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally focusing on commercial roles
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search techniques, and alternative channels (social media, design or creative networks, etc.)
Good understanding of how to find passive candidates and engage them effectively
Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Local language fluency (Bulgarian) is a plus
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Ability to work well in a remote / distributed team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with evolving priorities
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and how to track sourcing effectiveness
