About the role
- About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.
- We’re looking for an experienced Contract Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent across engineering, AI/ML, and related technical roles. You’ll focus exclusively on sourcing high-quality candidates and building strong top-of-funnel pipelines. This role starts with a 2-week trial period to assess fit and results, with the potential for several months of continued work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing for engineering, AI/ML, or related roles.
- Expert-level Boolean search skills and creative sourcing methods.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platform Lever.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
