Requirements
Measurable track record in generating new business from scratch in the UK/I Market
Extensive experience of direct New Business, winning new logos and selling into large Enterprise accounts
Very comfortable in the “C” suite; record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals
Ability to grow and scale upward with the company; first line management experience a plus
Strong executive presence and polish, with outstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
Thrives in a multifaceted, fast-growing, rapidly changing environment while able to work independently and remotely
Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics
Track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory
Passion for Splunk's products and projects
Desire to learn and adapt; constantly learning new areas and technologies
