Project Manager

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end product launch process, including launch checklists, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness tracking.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Directors to ensure launch activities are completed on time and key deliverables are achieved.
• Facilitate launches of varying complexity, from smaller feature releases to larger solution launches involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as the central coordination point between Product and go-to-market teams, including Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Professional Services, Pricing, and other business functions.
• Maintain visibility into launch readiness by tracking progress, following up on outstanding actions, and escalating risks or blockers before they impact timelines.

• Continuously improve the product launch process by refining templates, checklists, workflows, and timelines based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.

Project Coordinator – Product

Data Entry

• Monitor and process SDS Requests daily in an efficient manner to include research as required.
• Communicating directly with customers regarding their requests.
• Ensure SDS Data Entry is entered following the guidelines set forth in the SOP.
• Stay current regarding OSHA Hazard Communication 29 CFR 1910.1200 and subsequent Globally Harmonized System policies and rule changes.

• Serve as the senior technical practitioner within the AI COE — personally designing, building, and guiding AI solutions from concept through production across the portfolio.
• Establish and enforce the defined delivery roles across squads — ensuring each role operates within its scope and that agentic execution is properly supervised and validated at every stage.
• Drive adoption of the AIDLC operating model across engineering teams — onboarding squads, enforcing framework discipline, and intervening where teams drift toward ad-hoc approaches or accumulate governance gaps.
• Create and apply AI solution evaluation frameworks — covering prompt quality, model accuracy, latency, cost, and production reliability — and monitor deployed features for drift and degradation.
