About the role
- Shape the direction of SpeakUp's product to deliver maximum value to customers worldwide
- Connect business needs with product development and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value and impact
- Collect and refine product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team
- Present product ideas, designs, and demos to stakeholders across the business
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding current product functionality
- Coordinate internal release communications, enabling other teams to inform customers effectively
- Oversee the release calendar and ensure consistent internal and external communication about release plans and roadmaps
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or a related role
- Solid experience working with Scrum in agile environments
- Experience in SaaS B2B environments is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a scale-up environment, where processes evolve and opportunities for growth are abundant
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A genuine interest in empowering individuals to speak up and drive positive change
- This role requires you to be based in the Netherlands
