• Shape the direction of SpeakUp's product to deliver maximum value to customers worldwide
• Connect business needs with product development and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value and impact
• Collect and refine product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team
• Present product ideas, designs, and demos to stakeholders across the business
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding current product functionality
• Coordinate internal release communications, enabling other teams to inform customers effectively
• Oversee the release calendar and ensure consistent internal and external communication about release plans and roadmaps
