About the role

  • Support Spartan's private capital raises and contribute to annual equity needs of $165 million
  • Raise $55 million in capital and generate 100 new leads per month
  • Ensure exceptional communication with existing investors and maintain strong relationships
  • Attend investor-related events and represent the company
  • Sales Pipeline Management: track, manage, and analyze sales pipelines for continuous flow and conversion of leads
  • Investor Education: host webinars, seminars, or one-on-one sessions to educate potential and existing investors about market trends and investing with Spartan
  • Collect feedback from investors and potential clients to inform service offerings
  • Sales Process Optimization: refine sales processes and utilize tools/technologies to improve efficiency and conversion
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work with research, analysis, and acquisition teams to position offerings during pitches
  • Stakeholder Management: forge and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous Learning: stay updated on industry news, competitor offerings, and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field
  • 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Autonomy & Initiative: self-driven, proactive, quick to adapt
  • Financial Proficiency & Analytical Thinking: deep understanding of financial documents and processes; ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends
