Raise $55 million in capital and generate 100 new leads per month
Ensure exceptional communication with existing investors and maintain strong relationships
Attend investor-related events and represent the company
Sales Pipeline Management: track, manage, and analyze sales pipelines for continuous flow and conversion of leads
Investor Education: host webinars, seminars, or one-on-one sessions to educate potential and existing investors about market trends and investing with Spartan
Collect feedback from investors and potential clients to inform service offerings
Sales Process Optimization: refine sales processes and utilize tools/technologies to improve efficiency and conversion
Cross-functional Collaboration: work with research, analysis, and acquisition teams to position offerings during pitches
Stakeholder Management: forge and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Continuous Learning: stay updated on industry news, competitor offerings, and market trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field
5 years of outside sales experience
Up to 50% travel required
