About the role
- Develop and refine channel marketing plans for distribution partners and installer networks
- Segment and prioritize target verticals and grow SPAN Authorized Installers network
- Create sales‑enablement toolkits: slide decks, ROI calculators, specification sheets, and training materials
- Manage demand generation and lead pass programs and design co‑marketing campaigns with partners
- Execute targeted lead‑gen programs (webinars, tradeshows, territory-based roadshows) with channel partners
- Produce market-specific content: case studies, white papers, videos, and application notes
- Partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to align messaging and influence product roadmap
- Define KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports; participate in QBRs with key distributors and partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B channel marketing experience, ideally in construction, utility, energy, solar, or HVAC-related industries
- Proven track record driving revenue through distribution and installer channels
- Deep understanding of target markets: production homebuilders, utilities (IOU, muni, co‑op), custom and semi‑custom builders, solar and storage installers, HVAC/home services, and electrical contractors
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication; excels at simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
