Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, pre-qualifying screens, submitting candidates to vacancies, interviewing preparing candidates, offer management, and post placement care during rebate periods.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through placement.
Source talent using multiple channels, including databases, job boards, networking, social media, and proactive outreach.
Partner with Lead Recruiters and client leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our ATS (Manatal).
Meet and exceed recruitment metrics including placements, submittals, and pipeline growth.
Stay up to date with market trends in healthcare recruitment, compensation, and workforce challenges.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or clinical preferred)
Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, consultative approach, and ability to build trust quickly
Comfortable working with ATS platforms (Manatal), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
Ability to work US hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST or 8 AM to 5 PM PST (following US Holidays)
