Our mission
As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting & hiring on an international basis, including the US, LATAM and Europe. You will predominantly support hires across Go-to-market, business & administration functions, but may also support technical and scientific hires across our full business.
What you’ll achieve:
You'll have full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey, including hiring manager relationships, candidate sourcing & engagement and recruiting administration.
Supporting headcount in 28 countries, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for hires on a global basis and see direct impact to our ongoing commercial growth by find the best in-market talent.
Whilst delivering against hires, you’ll be continuously mindful of core value-add activity, including Candidate Experience, EVP & Brand
Driving positive hiring outcomes, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
Requirements
3-6 years experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
This role would best suit someone already with in-house experience, and would unlikely match someone exclusively from an agency background looking to make their first transition in-house.
Direct industry experience within a Healthcare or Life Science environment highly beneficial, knowledge of SaaS/Software organisations useful.
You’ll have end-to-end experience owning hires across multiple verticals, ideally including Go-To-Market/Sales, and Business & Administration hires, and be comfortable managing 10-20 REQs autonomously.
