Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email
Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s
Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot
Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years work experience
Nice to Have: Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have: Previous medical device experience
Language(s)/ Level: English/ Fluent
Nice to Have: Any second language
IT Skills: MS Office (including Excel)
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
