About the role
- Provide an unrivaled Customer Experience
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email
- Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s
- Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot
- Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Nice to Have: Bachelor's Degree
- Nice to Have: Previous medical device experience
- Language(s)/ Level: English/ Fluent
- Nice to Have: Any second language
- IT Skills: MS Office (including Excel)
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
