About the role

  • Provide an unrivaled Customer Experience
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email
  • Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s
  • Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot
  • Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Nice to Have: Bachelor's Degree
  • Nice to Have: Previous medical device experience
  • Language(s)/ Level: English/ Fluent
  • Nice to Have: Any second language
  • IT Skills: MS Office (including Excel)
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
