Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred, but equivalent experience in a related field is welcome
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or client support
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher, both written and spoken
- Ability to think clearly and communicate under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and contributing to a high performing team
- Strong problem-solving ability with a polished and professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern communication platforms like Slack and CRM tools
