Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing and commissioning activities for Solv Energy EPC projects.
Work closely with technical and subject matter experts.
Manage the core commissioning team, and coordinate project stakeholders for a smooth transition from commissioning to closeout.
Lead the commissioning team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Review technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements related to commissioning and lead the development of project specific commissioning plans and procedures.
Communicate directly with the client and trade partners regarding testing and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on commissioning activities.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning of Utility scale electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
