About the role
- Conducting in-depth analysis of theft activity and organized crime trends
- Leading field investigations, coordinating with internal AP teams and law enforcement (local, state, and federal)
- Developing and executing strategic plans to address ORC-related shrink
- Implementing process improvements and security protocols
- Selecting, developing, and leading multiple direct reports across multiple regions
Requirements
- 7+ years of investigations experience in retail, law enforcement, or loss prevention
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 20%)
