Project Manager

• The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the administration of the construction project, assisting the Project Manager in management of the construction project.

EPC Assistant Project Manager, Utility Scale Solar

Learning and Development

• Design and deliver interactive ERP training sessions for Operations end users, both in-person and virtually.
• Create and maintain training materials, including guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Digital Solutions, Business Unit Operations Managers, Project Controls, Operations PMO, to ensure training content reflects current company standards and addresses operational needs.

ERP Operations Training Manager

• The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of utility-scale solar projects, including project planning, budgeting, buyout, project controls/reporting, scheduling, risk management, etc.
• Provide both leadership and technical expertise internally and externally for project success.
• In partnership with superintendent team, plan, execute, and take responsibility for significant scopes of self-performed work, managing very large labor crews.
• Execute work and track actual results, adjusting and refining forecasts to reflect actual production.
• Oversee preparation of project billings; seek to maximize cash flow in and reduce pay cycles through diligent & strategic billing preparation.
• Present and negotiate change orders with owner for timely resolution.

Communications

• Draft internal communications for employees and leaders, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment to company tone and values.

• Oversee recurring company communications including newsletters, intranet stories and regular employee updates.
• Evaluate and improve existing internal communication channels and processes, including SharePoint, Teams and email.
