About the role
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Lead the development of strategies for the High-Tech Water sectors.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and business leaders to create and implement Growth Playbooks.
- Define priority market segments at country, regional, and global levels.
- Represent High-Tech sectors in executive, regional, and global account discussions to align and monitor strategy execution.
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and New Product Blueprinting for customer insights.
- Maintain accredited market data (market size / market CAGR) and ensure alignment across global and regional teams.
- Develop sector value propositions, incorporating regional market requirements.
- Support management systems that translate strategy into measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferred in the industrial water industry.
- Demonstrated B2B marketing experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple organizational levels.
- Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
- Strong analytical, structured, and strategic thinking skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
- Experience with data center, life sciences, or microelectronics sectors strongly preferred.
