About the role
- Conduct daily outreach to assigned franchise owners via scheduled calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Serve as a trusted marketing coach—educating clients on LOCALACT programs, local advertising, and ways to maximize marketing investment
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights in clear, actionable terms
- Recommend strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and return on investment
- Maintain detailed records of all communication and recommendations in Zendesk
- Execute outreach plans provided by the Advisor Team Manager, prioritizing locations with the highest growth potential
- Support client retention by addressing questions and reinforcing value through measurable results
- Partner with internal teams (Paid Media, SEO, Local Listings) to ensure a unified marketing approach for each brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, client success, or franchise operations (agency or franchisor experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of local or small-business marketing fundamentals
- Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills; confident leading multiple virtual meetings daily
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills in a performance-based environment
- Proven ability to build relationships, educate clients, and drive adoption of marketing solutions
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping business owners succeed
- Fully remote team (U.S. only)
