Represent the Industrial Water sectors in executive, regional, and strategic account forums to align and monitor strategy execution.
Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and new product blueprinting for emerging opportunities in water reuse, circular economy, and sector-specific technologies.
Own and maintain accredited market data (market size / market CAGR) and ensure alignment across global and regional teams.
Develop sector-specific value propositions and ensure adaptation to unique regional requirements.
Support management systems that translate strategic objectives into measurable results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the industrial water, power generation, pulp and paper, or sustainability sectors.
Proven B2B marketing or strategic experience in a multinational environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple organizational levels.
Fluent in English; additional major regional language a plus.
Strong analytical, structured, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to connect industry needs with value-driven solutions.
Knowledge of water reuse, recycling, or circular economy practices highly desirable.
