• Lead Location3’s digital transformation and define and execute the agency’s digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing and media operations and identify and deploy AI tools to enhance campaign performance, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development of data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing strategies and oversee media planning and buying with a focus on ROI and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build proprietary AI solutions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation and media strategy and present digital vision and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing digital team across strategy, media, and technology and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, support professional growth, and deliver high-performance campaigns that elevate client success.
• Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is part of the senior leadership team.
