• Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
• Build and manage multi-channel outreach sequences that balance volume with personalization
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence with prospects who aren't ready now
• Set qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive
• Collaborate closely with the AE and leadership to align outreach strategy
• Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and targeting until you find what works

Business Development Representative

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead all equity and debt capital raising efforts, from initial strategy through close.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute financing structures to support acquisitions and organic growth — including senior debt, subordinated debt, revolving facilities, seller financing, structured earn-outs, revenue-based financing, government grants, and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage deep knowledge of capital markets and alternative funding sources to reduce cost of capital and maintain balance sheet flexibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, credit funds, family offices, and equity investors.
• Own debt covenant compliance and lender reporting obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Solen's investor base — managing communications, reporting, and relationship-building.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly shareholder reports and equity-related disclosures.
• Own the equity management process, including tracking shares, options, warrants, and other equity instruments.
• Partner with the CEO to set the capital allocation framework across the portfolio: organic reinvestment, bolt-on acquisitions, debt paydown, and distributions.
• Advise on investment decisions, return thresholds, and deal structures — providing clear financial perspective and recommendation.

• Own and evolve the CoE technical roadmap, including stack standardization that creates the most leverage across Solen companies
• Lead architecture reviews, design patterns, and proof-of-concepts for cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, including containers, Kubernetes, and serverless
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines that support frequent, reliable deployments across multiple codebases
• Implement and track engineering metrics to create a transparent, data-driven view of delivery health
• Define and enforce coding standards, API guidelines, and security best practices
• Recruit, grow, and lead a 10-to-20-person engineering team in Brazil across full-stack, DevOps, AI, and platform engineering skill sets
• Partner closely with global architects, product leaders, and security teams to balance innovation with compliance and risk management
