About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities and currencies.
Lead multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations end-to-end.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and key accounting judgments.
Ensure GL, balance sheet, and income statement accuracy across every entity.
Own the chart of accounts and reporting mappings.
Design scalable accounting processes that absorb new entities.
Serve as primary owner for audit, tax, and regulatory coordination.
Prepare consolidated financial statements for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active CPA license.
3–5+ years in Senior Accountant, Controller, or equivalent roles.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
Demonstrated expertise in Sage Intacct.
Experience in private equity roll-ups, fund accounting, or high-growth environments.
Advanced Excel modeling.
Writes clearly under deadline.
Operates effectively under ambiguity.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
