About the role

  • Execute strategies to retain players, increase engagement, and reduce churn
  • Segment players and tailor retention efforts to maximize lifetime value (LTV)
  • Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-game messages)
  • Monitor player activity and analyse behaviour using data tools
  • Track KPIs such as churn rate, LTV, and active user metrics
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Handle player feedback and ensure personalized rewards and bonuses

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 months of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and retention principles
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics or player behaviour tracking tools
  • Proven ability to run or support marketing campaigns (email, SMS, or in-game)
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in the iGaming or sports betting industry
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of CRM systems and player segmentation tools
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with retention KPIs such as LTV, churn rate, and engagement metrics
