About the role

  • Finteqhub — a PCI DSS certified payment gateway providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform
  • Responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with PSP partners and optimising account performance
  • Act as first point of contact for PSPs, ensure timely responses and proactive partnership development
  • Identify opportunities to optimise account performance including AR and other key metrics
  • Negotiate referral agreements, onboard new clients under agreements, and secure beneficial discounts
  • Develop and execute account growth plans and explore new solutions, features, and channels
  • Monitor PSP account progress and collaborate cross-functionally with BizDev, Tech, Treasury, and Business Account Management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role or a position related to PSP account management
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments or working directly with PSPs
  • Exposure to Gambling/iGaming or other high-risk industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
  • Nice to have: Background in account management, sales, or business development
  • Nice to have: Experience in the banking sector
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Russian language
