About the role
- Finteqhub — a PCI DSS certified payment gateway providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform
- Responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with PSP partners and optimising account performance
- Act as first point of contact for PSPs, ensure timely responses and proactive partnership development
- Identify opportunities to optimise account performance including AR and other key metrics
- Negotiate referral agreements, onboard new clients under agreements, and secure beneficial discounts
- Develop and execute account growth plans and explore new solutions, features, and channels
- Monitor PSP account progress and collaborate cross-functionally with BizDev, Tech, Treasury, and Business Account Management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role or a position related to PSP account management
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Experience in Fintech/Payments or working directly with PSPs
- Exposure to Gambling/iGaming or other high-risk industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
- Nice to have: Background in account management, sales, or business development
- Nice to have: Experience in the banking sector
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Russian language
