About the role

  • Relationship management of Partners in the Central Europe region ensuring acquisition pace and partner health, retention, growth.
  • Report to the Regional Channels VP (Europe).
  • Based in Poland or Ukraine with regular travel for partner meetings.
  • Build strong partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for Corporate and Enterprise partners.
  • Drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities.
  • Manage renewals of annual agreements and perform quarterly business reviews onsite and remotely.
  • Deliver partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals.
  • Conduct regular partner check-in calls to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Help partners grow skills and experience with Creatio technology.
  • Grow pipeline and closed business alongside partners.
  • Lead generation and qualification processes with partners; sales strategy discussion and client meeting participation.
  • Collaborate tightly with the sales team for progress.
  • Partner acquisition: identify/contact potential partners via social media and supervise onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Experience in managing medium to large partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and a strong regional personal network.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, and experience in executing business solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Successful multi-tasker with the ability to act autonomously.
  • Ability to identify and focus on their highest-revenue potential partners.
  • Understand key industry trends and dynamics.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Result-driven.
  • English language mandatory; other European languages a big bonus.
