• Help roll out and manage SOCi Central, ensuring a welcoming, engaging experience for members.

• Help coordinate product launch activities by organizing meetings, tracking next steps, and keeping teams aligned on timelines and priorities.
• Maintain go-to-market (GTM) calendars so teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success can easily see what’s coming next.
• Draft and share release notes for new features or updates, making sure information is accurate, easy to understand, and shared with the right audiences.
• Help organize and update product documentation (like shared knowledge bases) so teams always have access to current, well-structured information.
• Work with Product Managers to keep documentation processes consistent and easy to follow.
• Support internal knowledge systems (like Guru) by updating articles, answering questions, and helping teams find the information they need quickly.
• Turn product updates into clear, helpful materials that explain what’s changing and why it matters for customer-facing teams.
• Assist with creating and updating training materials and internal documentation so everyone stays in sync with product developments.
• Work with Enablement and Customer Success to review or draft customer-facing articles and guides, helping ensure what we share externally matches our internal knowledge.
• Be flexible and open to taking on new responsibilities or projects as business needs evolve.

Product Operations Specialist

Social Media Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their social media strategies and business objectives.
• Potentially manage a defined book of customers, offering account management support as needed through activities like regular syncs, status updates, and troubleshooting to help ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create and implement social media initiatives tailored to client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and localized trends to enhance engagement and impact.
• As needed, provide oversight for a group of locations within a key account(s), ensuring the team delivers creative, targeted, and effective content that aligns with customer goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline project workflows, resolve obstacles, and maintain situational awareness of customer needs and overall satisfaction.
• Analyze the performance of social media content relative to client KPIs and refine strategies to optimize results.
• Provide guidance on Facebook boosting and ad management, ensuring proper execution and alignment with customer campaigns.
• Potentially partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to conduct monthly and/or quarterly strategy sessions with clients, offering actionable recommendations to enhance their social media presence and that align with best practices.
• Actively participate in onboarding and mentoring new team members by providing training, shadowing, and creating knowledge-enhancing collateral.
• Stay informed of evolving social media trends, proactively recommending innovative ideas to position SOCi as a leader in the space.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing and occasionally creating or managing posts to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Marketing Operations

• Map out end-to-end GTM processes (lead generation → sales handoff → onboarding → expansion) and build scalable workflows, integrations and automations to support them.
• Own/supervise the GTM tech stack: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MAP (marketing automation platform e.g. Marketo), data warehouse/analytics, enrichment, outreach tools, workflow engines, attribution/measurement.
• Design and implement data pipelines, lead-routing logic, scoring/qualification models and attribution tracking
• Automate repetitive manual tasks in marketing operations, sales operations, customer success operations, turning them into scalable systems.
• Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, customer success, RevOps to translate business goals into technical solution design and execution.
• Monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot GTM process breakdowns (e.g., lead conversion drops, hand-off latency, data sync failures).
• Develop and maintain documentation of systems, data flows, process diagrams, decision logic.
• Stay current with automation and integration technologies (e.g., workflow engines, no/low-code, APIs, AI/ML workflows) and identify opportunities to apply them to SOCi’s go-to-market engine.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product and operations teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, compliance (e.g., data governance, privacy/regulation).
• Provide reporting and insights: measurement of key metrics (pipeline velocity, funnel conversion, cost per lead/acquisition, ROI of programs), and propose improvements.
• Manage and mentor junior operations/automation resources and help build a culture of “systems first” thinking in marketing and go-to-market teams.

Director, Marketing Operations – GTM Engineer

Account Executive

• Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention across SOCi’s commercial multi-location customer base.
• Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers within your accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize value from SOCi’s platform and services.
• Represent SOCi at customer-facing events, industry conferences, and strategic account reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing at scale, helping clients solve complex challenges with SOCi solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with customer success, product, and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Your network should consist of high-level Decision-Makers, Champions and day-day users/influencers within the Property Management Marketing teams.
• As much as 30% of your time will be focused on client retention and growth, while as much as 70% of your time will be spent prospecting net new logos.
