Play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Hematology Franchise
Reporting directly to the National Sales Director Hematology, integral to the strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence within the Sales Division
Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards
Partner with Sales Director Hematology to regularly deliver training and coaching
Develop and maintain sub-national analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Assist in the development and overviews for Franchise Communications to senior leadership
Partner closely with training teams and cross-functional partners to understand and address training gaps
Support national and regional sales meetings and business reviews with data-driven insights and materials
Partner with stakeholders to create effective Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; within a life science related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role, with at least 3 years of experience in competitive intelligence or market research
Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving
Ability to interact effectively with, and present verbally and in writing to, all levels of the organization
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and standing out as a successful collaborator
Experience influencing cross-functional and leadership teams
