Manager

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects and Consultants, who serve as our Snowflake implementation, optimization, development and delivery experts
• Mentor and manage a team of Snowflake Solutions Architects and Consultants helping them to develop their expertise
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the interview process
• Be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements by ensuring adherence to technical and delivery best practices
• Work with Professional Services Practice Directors and Sales Account Team on sales pursuits – scoping migration projects, performing code assessments, pricing services, creating statements of work
• Develop methodologies to improve our services delivery
• Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing
• Present our methodologies, capabilities to both internal teams, external partners and customers
