About the role
- Driving new service opportunities, working with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Interacting with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve service and delivery
- Working across customer organizations and multiple Snowflake teams to ensure customers’ applications are well designed and scale to business needs
- Developing a quality service strategy per customer, capturing and reporting on key metrics
- Identifying upsell opportunities and becoming the client’s trusted advisor
- Providing delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements
- Managing operational relationships with assigned clients
- Communicating project status, issues, risks, and goals clearly
- Collaborating to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing
- Determining areas for process improvements within both client and Snowflake
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects
- Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets for a set of accounts, including the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and deliverables simultaneously (project management)
- Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
- Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises)
- Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent).
