About the role
- Design booth experiences that stand out on crowded show floors and bring Zenity’s brand to life in physical spaces
- Lead web design projects including landing pages, product pages, and campaign microsites
- Create bold graphics and visual assets for campaigns, launches, and content marketing
- Edit short-form video for product demos, event promotion, and social media
- Develop event visuals beyond the booth including stage screens, signage, and supporting materials
- Translate cybersecurity and AI concepts into visuals that resonate with both practitioners and buyers
- Build a scalable design studio with systems, templates, and processes that enable all teams to work faster and more consistently
- Deliver reusable design resources that empower marketing, product, and field teams without reinventing the wheel
- Use feedback and guidance as fuel to sharpen output and raise the creative bar across the company
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showing digital design, booth design, and web design work, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company
- Proven experience building scalable design systems, creating templates, and enabling cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with skills in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro
- Hands-on experience with Design and Creative AI tools with the ability to apply them to production workflows
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles and experience optimizing web design for engagement and conversion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
- A collaborative and proactive mindset with the hunger to ask for feedback, act on guidance, and continuously improve.
