About the role
- Lead and manage SnapMagic's sales organization, setting standards for sales execution
- Guide global component manufacturers through digital transformation and partnership development
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales process: pipeline generation, prospecting, outreach, and closing
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-performance Account Executive team
- Design and implement strategies to scale revenue and expand market footprint
- Establish scalable playbooks, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting
- Ensure fast, personalized, and positive customer experiences throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- Proven closer: successfully led sales at high-growth companies
- Experience leading and managing a sales organization
- Ability to drive new business and own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing Account Executives
- Design and execute revenue growth strategies and forecasting
- Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and data-driven decision making
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to inspire customers
- Detail-oriented with ability to build scalable processes and reporting
- High energy, resourceful operator, growth mindset, and customer-obsessed
