About the role

  • Lead and manage SnapMagic's sales organization, setting standards for sales execution
  • Guide global component manufacturers through digital transformation and partnership development
  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales process: pipeline generation, prospecting, outreach, and closing
  • Recruit, coach, and build a high-performance Account Executive team
  • Design and implement strategies to scale revenue and expand market footprint
  • Establish scalable playbooks, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting
  • Ensure fast, personalized, and positive customer experiences throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

  • Proven closer: successfully led sales at high-growth companies
  • Experience leading and managing a sales organization
  • Ability to drive new business and own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing Account Executives
  • Design and execute revenue growth strategies and forecasting
  • Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to inspire customers
  • Detail-oriented with ability to build scalable processes and reporting
  • High energy, resourceful operator, growth mindset, and customer-obsessed
