About the role Generate own pipeline and close new customers for Assembled Identify high-potential businesses and verticals and develop and execute outbound strategies Clearly articulate and demonstrate the company's value proposition to create excitement among prospects Run effective sales processes from start to finish — including demos, negotiation, security and procurement (with assistance from Sales Engineers) Be a trusted advisor to prospective customers Work closely with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Engineering to share feedback from customers Use learnings to build and iterate on sales philosophy, playbook and processes Requirements 2-5 years of closing experience working with a customers, ideally with a SAAS product High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills Desire to learn Assembled's technical product and effectively communicate the platform’s value Highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, open to feedback and excited about building a business ground up Team player who is highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and resourceful within their sales processes Strong Salesforce hygiene with experience building pipeline from various sources (Marketing, SDRs, Outbound, Partnerships, etc.) Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment Willing/able to accommodate hybrid schedule in San Francisco or New York City on Mondays and Thursdays Applicants will be asked about work authorization and sponsorship needs Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid company holidays, sick time, and unlimited time off Monthly credits for professional development, general wellness, Assembled customers, and commuting Paid parental leave Hybrid work model with catered lunches (M-F), snacks, and beverages in SF & NY offices 401(k) plan enrollment Stock options as part of compensation Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
