Product Marketing

• Own day-to-day administration, optimization, and integration of our GTM tech stack, including: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Default, Clearbit, and Sales Navigator
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows
• Manage lead routing, account assignments, and campaign tracking in the CRM with a focus on automation and accuracy
• Collaborate on GTM data governance efforts, identifying and resolving data integrity issues to ensure reliable reporting
• Lead the rollout of new tools and enhancements, owning documentation, testing, and change management
• Help evaluate, implement, and maintain integrated systems within the GTM stack to drive efficiency and insight across revenue teams
• Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
• Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of GTM teams on tools and systems best practices

GTM Systems Manager

Sales Engineer

• Drive opportunities from technical discovery through closure, partnering closely with AEs to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling solutions leveraging Assembled's platform
• Design and execute technical evaluations, proofs of concept (POCs), and custom demos that showcase how Assembled uniquely solves customer challenges
• Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires, transforming these into strategic advantages
• Become an expert in workforce management (WFM) and support operations, proactively anticipating customer needs and demonstrating thought leadership
• Build internal tools, scalable demos, and enablement resources that uplift the entire sales organization
• Consistently achieve ambitious quarterly targets and influence strategy for high-stakes deals across market segments

Product Manager

• Work with prospects and customers to deeply understand problems and needs: conduct research and interviews, partner across functions, and analyze feedback and usage data
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to design and deliver impactful solutions: provide clear requirements and direction, prioritize key features, and remove blockers
• Evangelize the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders and share the "why" behind key decisions
• Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration: design ways to test and validate new features or strategies, measuring impact & adoption and incorporating learnings
• Drive product performance and key metrics, report on insights to leadership, and craft strategies to drive adoption and value
• Champion high product quality across usability, visual design, and relevance to complex user workflows
• Foster a fast-paced, growth-mindset, empathetic culture and thrive in ambiguity and change
• Grow Assembled's market-leading workforce management product into new use cases like capacity planning, including AI-driven forecasting math, automating workflows, and scheduling at scale
