- Support efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent while fostering a positive employee experience
- Help guide employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- Contribute to solving workplace challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support initiatives that drive team and company success
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior HR team members
- Use data and reporting to identify trends and support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related Field
- 3+ years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Payroll Database software
- Specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes and procedures, including administration of benefits, compensation and other programs
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Strong reasoning and math skills
- Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time
