Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role
Prior, proven experience as a business partner in a shared service/COE model strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation
Knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends
