• Answer incoming calls to gather and input relevant information regarding the client’s potential claim
• Gather details regarding Plaintiff information, Attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine the veracity of potential claims
• Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads
• Assign all leads created to the Account Executives
• Provide the best caller experience to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
