About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking pre-settlement funding

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role (Required)
- Familiarity with pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a strong plus
- A warm, professional communicator — you handle sensitive conversations with care and confidence
- Detail-oriented and accurate — you know the small things make a big difference in this industry
- Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information
