About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for healthcare-related inquiries

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical, or call center environment (Required)
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization is a strong plus
- A compassionate communicator — you make people feel safe and well-taken-care-of
- Detail-oriented and accurate, especially when it comes to sensitive patient information
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing high call volumes
- HIPAA-aware and committed to confidentiality and compliance
- Flexible with shifting schedules and reliable in a fully remote setup
